Barry John Seng, 74, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at his home. He was born January 29, 1950 in Potosi, WI, to Oswald and Winifred Ware Seng. He married Thanh Phan on June 20, 2015, and she survives.

 Also surviving are one son, Michael (Tiffani) Seng of Springfield; one step-son, Thanh Phat (Brian) Hong; grandchildren, Alex, Kira, and Liam; and brother, Curtis Seng.

 He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Judy Berger, Mark Seng, Rosemary Pies, Pat Brown, Norbert Seng, Peter Seng, and Paul Seng.

 Barry was a proud and retired United States Air Force veteran.

 He was a devout member of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #473 in Potosi, WI and apart of the Air Force Guard Bureau.

 He also worked as an Electronics Technician for Lehn and Fink in Lincoln, Illinois.

 Visitation: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Monday, October 28, 2024, at Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception.

 Funeral Mass: 12:00 pm, Monday, October 28, 2024, at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception with Very Rev. Brian Alford officiating. Cremation will occur following the Funeral Mass.

 Graveside Service: 10:00 am, Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Camp Butler National Cemetery where military honors will be conducted.
