Charles LeRoy Neal 93, of Riverton, died at 6:25 am, Sunday, June 15, 2025, at his home. He was born June 18, 1931, in Clayton, ID to Charles Dean and Elizabeth Ellen (Richno) Neal. He married Marlene M. Wilson on November 14, 1954, and she survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Sandra E. (David) Colborn of Springfield and Doreen M. Hilbert of Taylorville; two grandchildren Lindsey R. (Mike) Capitano and Chelsea E. (Chad) Walton; four great grandchildren, Tony, Channing, Chase and Chapman and several nieces and nephews; including nephew and caregiver, Jeffrey A. (Becky) Palmer of Riverton and caregiver, Sandra Warner of Riverton.

He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Charlee E. Walton and one brother Edward Neal.

Charles was a US Army veteran serving during the Korean War. He was a member of Lakeside Christian Church and Fiat Allis Retirees Club.He retired from Fiat Allis after thirty years of service and owned and operated Neal Tree Service.

Memorial Gathering: 9:30 – 10:30 am, Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Memorial Service: 10:30 am, Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Staab Funeral Home Springfield with Pastor Jay Brooks officiating. Burial to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where military honors will be conducted.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lakeside Christian Church Building Fund.
