Margaret E. Armour, 94, of Greenview, IL, passed away on December 15, 2025. Margaret was born on September 21, 1931, in Springfield, IL, to James Armour, Sr. and Anna Longen and they preceded her in death.
She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Carbiener and Mary Armour; and brothers, James M. Armour, Jr. and Charles Armour.
She is survived by her brother, Tony Armour of Mason City, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
Margaret was a dedicated member of Katherine Drexel Parish at Sacred Heart Church. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
Margaret served as an office administrator for many companies and ultimately retired at Horace Mann Insurance Company after 21 years of service.
Visitation: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.
Funeral Mass: 10:00 am, Friday, December 19, 2025, at Sacred Heart Church, with Rev. Jim Isaacson officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Katherine Drexel Parish.
