Amber Elizabeth Wessing, 35, of Springfield, IL, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at HSHS St. John’s Hospital. Amber was born on October 1, 1989, daughter of Anthony “Tony” Wessing and Angela Bee.

Amber is survived by her parents, Angela Bee and Tony (Wendy) Wessing; brother, Tony Wessing II; sisters, Andrea Wessing, Brandi (Peanut) Owens, Megan Wessing, Hannah Wessing, and Chealsea Woodcock; children, Haylee Roach, Jayla Wessing, Benjamin Lloyd II, Jazmyn Wartenber, and Bryson Bee; grandmothers, Elizabeth (Libby) Bee and Sue (Allen) Roberts; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Amber is preceded in death by her great-grandma, Betty Wessing and grandpa, Foster Bee.

Amber was a lifelong resident of Springfield. She was passionate about taking photos. She loved singing and dancing and most of all, she loved spending time with her children.

Visitation: 9 – 11 am, Monday, February 10, 2025 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Funeral Service: 11 am, Monday, February 10, 2025 Staab Funeral Home – Springfield with Pastor Linda Strader officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
