Danny Crum, 51 of Springfield, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, at his home. He was born August 31, 1972 in Springfield, the son of Patty Kramer. He married Cindy Mudd on October 9, 1999 and she survives.

He is also survived by his daughter, Kloe Crum of Springfield; son, Dallas Crum of Springfield; mother, Patty (Ron) Kramer of Pekin; two brothers, Jeff (Sue) Crum, and Kevin (Susan) Crum; mother-in-law, Lottie Mudd and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, David Mudd.

Danny enjoyed watching sports, especially rooting for his beloved LA Dodgers and Dallas Cowboys. He was also a lifetime member of the Sangamo Surf Club.

He attended Southeast High School and was a graduate of ITT-St. Louis. He was a drafting engineer at Hurwitz Enterprise for many years before his accident.

Cremation is being arranged by Staab Funeral Home -Springfield.
