Jared R. Hart, 26 of Springfield, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024 in Hinesville, GA. He was born October 9, 1998 in Colorado Springs, CO, the son of Sean R. Hart and Marcy R. (Hurd) Hart.

Jared is preceded in death by his father on May 5, 2024.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Marcy R. Hart and Ken Fisher of Springfield; six siblings, Emily Hart of Springfield, Paul Baessler of Sarasota, FL, Courtney (Guy) Stevens of NE, Nathan Fisher (fiancé, Hannah) of TX, Seth Fisher and David Robinson both of IL; one nephew, Silas Moore and one niece, Aurora Fisher.

Jared was currently active duty in the United States Army, where he was an EOD Tech. In his free time, he enjoyed rock climbing and hanging out with his family and friends, especially playing disc golf with his friends and nephew Silas. He will be truly missed by all who loved him.

Celebration of Life: 1:00 – 5:00 pm, Sunday, November 17, 2024 at the VFW Lafore Lock Post 755, 211 Old Jacksonville Rd, Springfield, IL 62703.

Graveside Service: 10:00 am, Monday, November 18, 2024 at Camp Butler National Cemetery, where military honors will be conducted.
