Lori Ann House

Lori Ann House, 61, of Springfield, passed away at 7:45 pm, Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at Springfield Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 4, 1965, the daughter of Ronald Louis and Patricia Louise (Mahoney) Parish. She married Tim House on December 2, 1996.

She is survived by her husband, Tim; one daughter, Jennifer House of Lincoln; one stepson, Jeremy House of Springfield; one step grandson, Timothy Thomas House; mother, Patricia Parish of Springfield; one aunt, Terry Mahoney; three uncles, Randy Parish, Joseph Mahoney and David (Ann) Mahoney and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Lori retired in 2019 from the State of Illinois after 40 years of service. She was an active member of West Side Church and participated in Bible Study and various church activities. She was also an avid book reader.

Visitation: 10:30 – 12:00 pm, Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Funeral Service: 12:00 pm, Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield with Matt Cleveland officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
