Tammy Marie Marcum 49, of Springfield, died at 4:25 pm, Sunday, July 6, 2025, at her home. She was born on January 9, 1976, in Springfield, to Robert Stanley and Mary Gahan Marcum.

Survivors include three children, Corey Marcum of Dothan, AL, Malashia Marcum of St. louis, MO and Keegan Fox of Festus, MO; four grandchildren Brighton, Emery, Asher and Isaac; father and stepmother, Robert (Noelle) Marcum of Springfield; mother, Mary Willis of Imperial, MO; sister, Natalie Myers of Honolulu, HI; brother, Kyle Marcum of Medford, OR; grandmother, Georgia Marcum of Riverton and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by one sister Jennifer Marcum, grandparents, Florence and Charles Gahan and grandfather, Roy Marcum.

Tammy worked in Home Health Care. She was baptized on November 30, 1986, at Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Memorial Gathering: 2- 4 pm, Friday, July 18, 2025, at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Memorial service: 4:00 pm Friday, July 18, 2025, at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield with Pastor Pritchard officiating.

A reception will follow the service from 5:30 – 9 pm, Friday, July 18, 2025, at the VFW Post 755, 2211 Old Jacksonville Road, Springfield, IL 62704.
